37KW Variable-Frequency Electric Wire Saw Machine for Reinforced Concrete Cutting
CAHARD 37KW variable-frequency electric wire saw machine is designed for reinforced concrete cutting, structural modification and demolition projects that require a higher-power wire sawing configuration.
The machine combines a 37KW electric main drive with a maximum diamond wire linear speed of 40 m/s and a maximum 500 mm drive wheel. Wireless remote control allows the operator to manage the machine from a suitable working position during cutting.
Higher-Power Cutting Performance
The 37KW main drive provides a higher-power configuration for reinforced concrete cutting projects with greater cutting workload.
The machine supports a maximum diamond wire linear speed of 40 m/s for reinforced concrete cutting applications.
The reference average cutting efficiency is 5 m²/h. Actual output depends on concrete strength, reinforcement level, cutting size, diamond wire specification and site conditions.
Main-drive speed can be adjusted according to actual cutting requirements, allowing the operator to adapt the machine to different reinforced concrete conditions and diamond wire configurations.
