22KW Variable-Frequency Electric Wire Saw Machine for Reinforced Concrete Cutting
CAHARD 22KW variable-frequency electric wire saw machine is designed for reinforced concrete cutting, structural modification and demolition projects where adjustable main-drive speed is required.
The machine is equipped with a 22KW electric main drive, a maximum diamond wire linear speed of 25.5 m/s and a maximum 500 mm drive wheel. Wireless remote control allows the operator to manage the machine from a suitable working position during cutting.
The variable-frequency configuration provides adjustable main-drive speed for changing cutting conditions.
Variable-Speed Control for Different Cutting Conditions
The main-drive speed can be adjusted according to actual cutting requirements. This provides greater operating flexibility when working with different concrete strengths, reinforcement levels, structure dimensions and diamond wire configurations.
This model is suitable for contractors who prefer adjustable main-drive speed when working across varying reinforced concrete cutting conditions. For projects where fixed-speed operation is sufficient, a 22KW fixed-frequency wire saw model is also available.
