On November 20th, 2025, the person in charge of Cahard set off for a 10-day business trip to the Middle East. The main purpose of this trip was to pay a special visit to long-term cooperative customers in the region, communicate face-to-face with them, and accompany customers to the on-site construction site to understand the actual application effect of Cahard’s products, which further deepened the mutual trust and cooperative relationship between both parties.
During the 10-day trip, the person in charge of Cahard visited customers in key Middle Eastern markets, had in-depth exchanges with them on product application, after-sales service, and future cooperation plans. The customers extended a warm reception to the Cahard delegation, and highly recognized Cahard’s professional work attitude, high-quality products and thoughtful after-sales service. In addition to in-depth communication with customers, the person in charge of Cahard also accompanied the customers to the on-site construction site, observed the actual application of Cahard’s diamond wire saws, diamond core drill bits, cutting equipment and other products in infrastructure construction and stone processing projects, listened to the customers’ on-site feedback on product performance, and recorded the optimization suggestions put forward by the customers in detail.
