Sintered Diamond Wire Saw Rope for Granite & Marble Quarrying

Sintered Diamond Wire Saw Rope Overview

CAHARD sintered diamond wire saw rope is designed for granite and marble quarry cutting and stone block extraction. The quarry series includes six models matched to different stone types and hardness levels.

GD-21, GD-22 and GD-23 are designed for hard, medium-hard and soft granite respectively, while GD-31, GD-32 and GD-33 are matched to hard, medium-hard and soft marble. Model selection should be based on stone type, hardness, quarry conditions, and wire saw machine configuration.

Diamond Wire Models for Granite & Marble Quarrying

Select the appropriate quarry diamond wire according to the stone type and hardness.

Granite Quarry Cutting Series

GD-21 — Hard Granite
Designed for hard granite quarry cutting.

GD-22 — Medium-Hard Granite
Designed for medium-hard granite quarry cutting.

GD-23 — Soft Granite
Designed for soft granite quarry cutting.

Marble Quarry Cutting Series

GD-31 — Hard Marble
Designed for hard marble quarry cutting.

GD-32 — Medium-Hard Marble

Tell Us About Your Stone & Quarry Project

To help CAHARD recommend a suitable quarry diamond wire model and operating range, please provide the following information when possible:

  • Stone type: granite, marble or other natural stone
  • Stone hardness: hard, medium-hard or soft, if known
  • Stone or quarry origin
  • Block size or cutting dimensions
  • Estimated cutting area
  • Quarry and cutting conditions, including cooling or water supply if relevant
  • Current cutting rate and cutting life, if already using diamond wire
  • Wire saw machine model and power
  • Current wire specification, if applicable
  • Required wire length
  • Estimated purchasing quantity

CAHARD can recommend a suitable GD-series diamond wire configuration based on your stone type, hardness, quarry conditions, and wire saw machine.
