CAHARD diamond saw blades are designed for wall saw and road saw cutting applications. The standard specification table lists 14 blade diameters, from 300 mm through 1400 mm, all with a 60 mm bore diameter.
Blade core thickness, segment specification and segment quantity vary by diameter. The right blade should be selected according to the cutting material, required diameter, saw machine specifications and mounting setup.
This blade series is intended for wall saw and road saw applications. Blade selection should take both the cutting material and the saw machine setup into account.
For wall saw applications where the selected blade diameter, bore size and mounting setup are compatible with the machine.
For road saw applications using a blade diameter and mounting setup supported by the machine.
For concrete cutting applications. If reinforced concrete is involved, provide the material details and working conditions so the blade specification can be matched accordingly.
For road and pavement cutting applications. For asphalt cutting, provide the material details and road saw setup so the appropriate blade specification can be selected.
The table below lists the standard blade sizes and corresponding specifications for this product series. All 14 listed diameters use a 60 mm bore. Blade core thickness, segment specification and segment quantity vary by blade diameter.

Specification Note: The segment specifications in the table are reproduced as listed in the current CAHARD product data. When ordering, provide the required blade diameter, cutting material and saw machine details.
Machine Compatibility Note: A 60 mm bore alone does not guarantee that a blade will fit a particular saw. Check the maximum supported blade diameter, arbor / flange arrangement and machine model before ordering.
The standard range includes 14 listed blade diameters from 300 mm through 1400 mm.
All listed blade sizes use a 60 mm bore. Compatibility should still be checked against the machine arbor, flange and mounting arrangement.
Blade core thickness is 3 mm for the listed 300–500 mm sizes and 3.5 mm for the listed 600–1400 mm sizes.
Segment specification and segment quantity change with blade diameter. Refer to the table for the corresponding data for each listed size.
Choose a blade diameter that meets the cutting requirement without exceeding the maximum size supported by the wall saw or road saw.
The listed blades use a 60 mm bore, but bore size alone does not determine compatibility. Check the arbor, flange and mounting arrangement of the machine before ordering.
Let us know what material will be cut. For concrete, reinforced concrete, pavement or asphalt applications, material details help determine the appropriate blade setup.
Provide the saw type, machine model, maximum supported blade diameter and arbor specification so compatibility can be checked before quotation.
To help CAHARD identify the appropriate wall saw or road saw blade, please provide as much of the following information as possible:
The specifications above are standard options. If your project requires a different blade diameter, bore size, segment specification or other configuration, send us the details so we can check whether a suitable option is available.
If you are unsure which blade fits your machine, send the saw model, required blade diameter, cutting material, bore or arbor size and mounting configuration for review.
